Over four weekly 90-minute online sessions, you work on one bounded project in a test environment, practise checking its outputs and receive two rounds of written feedback.

What the price covers
- Two written-feedback rounds per learner, with up to 20 minutes of trainer review and written-feedback work per round. These are not additional live coaching sessions.
- Support covers the four sessions and the two feedback rounds - nothing else is included.
- Individual delivery is quoted separately.
- Exercises are designed for free-account use; access and limits vary.
Who the Practitioner path suits
This path is for you if you already use a chat assistant for everyday tasks and want to work at that reliably, week after week, on work that matters to you.
- You have basic experience using a browser-based chat assistant - you can open one, give it a task, and read what comes back. Where you gained that does not matter; a colleague, another course or our Kickstart all count.
- You want feedback on your own work, not more demonstrations. The core of this path is your project and two rounds of written feedback on it.
- You work in or advise small businesses, or operate independently, and you want AI work you can check and stand behind.
New to AI altogether? Start with the 90-minute Kickstart. It is optional - some people are fine starting here - but it is the gentlest way in.
How the path works
Every week combines live group sessions with your own project work. The stages below describe how the path is designed, not a fixed timetable.
Set the method
We establish the request, answer and check loop on prepared examples, and you choose your sandbox project from the agreed brief catalogue. All briefs are synthetic or fully anonymised - nothing live, nothing confidential.
Build and check
You develop your project across the weeks, applying the five checks to your own outputs. Sessions combine guided practice with selected discussion of anonymised examples from the group.
Written feedback
You submit your project work and receive written feedback - two rounds per learner, up to 20 minutes of trainer review and written work per round. You see the criteria before you submit; the same five checks are the vocabulary.
Consolidate and decide what is next
The final session consolidates what you practised and maps where your AI use could go next - including an honest look at when something becomes a production system and a consulting conversation instead.
Session and feedback timing is confirmed with each cohort.
What checking looks like

Brief context: Draft a customer reply for a fictional small retailer (customer: M. Alvarez, order #A-1283). The order is late; the customer has asked twice.
- Supplied fact
- A replacement was dispatched yesterday; no delivery date is confirmed.
- Unsupported answer
- “It will arrive tomorrow.”
- Correction
- “The replacement was dispatched yesterday. The delivery date is not yet confirmed.”
Why: the arrival date is not in the supplied facts, so “tomorrow” is invented. The order number and name are checked against the source. Whether to promise anything is the shop owner’s call, not the draft’s. Tone stays plain and warm; nothing goes out that you would not send as-is.
Across the path you run work like this on your own brief, submit it for two written-feedback rounds, revise, check again. The briefs differ; the method does not.
What this path is - and what it is not
This path is
- Guided practice in a test environment on bounded, synthetic or fully anonymised briefs.
- Learning to write bounded requests and check outputs against criteria you can state.
- Written feedback from the trainer on your submitted work.
It is not
- Automation of your live business processes or production systems.
- A deployed agent, integration or ongoing support arrangement.
- A certification, qualification or guarantee of outcomes, hours saved or competence.
When the work needs to touch live systems, hold real customer data or run unattended - that is where guided practice ends and a production engagement starts. The free call is the right place to ask which you need.
Where it fits, who delivers it
The Kickstart (90 minutes) is the optional first step; this path is the four-week deepening. When your needs move to production systems or team-wide adoption, that becomes consulting or a Team Workshop rather than a course level - we will say so plainly rather than stretch a course to fit.
I deliver every session personally, in English or Portuguese. My background: AT Trainer & Team Coordinator, more than 20 years in management and operations across the UK, Portugal and Guinea-Bissau, hands-on AI development, and continuing machine learning engineering studies through Stanford Online.
