The request supplied three facts. The draft adds a fourth: "the courier has confirmed". Nothing supplied supports it. That is exactly the kind of confident-sounding invention to catch. Check every claim against the facts you gave.
"Your order left us on Tuesday. Your courier has reported a delay, and the scheduled arrival is Thursday. We're sorry for the wait - if Thursday doesn't work, reply here and we'll help."

Training covers: practising on your own tasks in a supported setting; exercises, materials and feedback as described in each option.
Training does not include: deploying or running systems in production, or their ongoing operation.
Everything you learn is yours to apply independently, with any provider. If you want implementation delivered for you, that is a separate consulting option.
